Succulent perennial with pale yellow variegated fleshy leaves with a bright red edge forming a rosette at the branch tips. In spring the stalks will produce a flower stalk blooming in pale yellow in spring or summer. Branches that flower will then die encourage new growth by cutting back branches several inches below the rosette. This is a tight low growing variety reaching up to 12. Prefers partial sun to full sun in cooler climates moderate water.
