Slow-growing palm-like evergreen tree that can eventually reach 10-18′ tall x 5-8′ wide developing multiple heads with age. This attractive variety features narrow gracefully arching sword-like medium-green leaves with eye-catching creamy-white margins accented with showy spikes of sweetly-scented white flowers that appear late-spring to summer. Tolerates coastal conditions though protection from direct sea winds is recommended as well as some shaded protection from summer sun in hotter inland areas. Great for adding a tropical appearance to the landscape and is ideally suited for pool or patio areas in the ground or in containers.  While drought tolerant a more robust looking plant will be achieved with moderate watering.  Partial to full sun.
