Among the showiest flowering plants in the western garden. Glossy green leaves on a upright shrub growing 3-5 foot tall and wide. Very showy medium single red flowers edged in orange bloom throughout a warm season. Can withstand temperatures to 30* F. Needs excellent drainage and heat to thrive and bloom well. Give regular water. Makes a great houseplant.
