Shrubby evergreen perennial to 2’ tall and wide. Lavandula is revered for its delightfully fragrant and useful foliage as well as its abundant showy flower display. This attractive variety features aromatic gray-green foliage contrasted with abundant lavender-purple flower spikes that rise above the foliage summer to fall attracting butterflies and bees. Remove spent flowers to encourage re-blooming and maintain a clean-looking plant. Great in beds borders or as a small hedge and does well in containers. Makes a good cut flower and the fragrant foliage can be used for sachets and potpourris. Moderate to light water needs once established and prefers a well-drained soil in a full to partial sun exposure.
